Merlin has only ever known the small little town he grew up in in Northern Ireland. But when he gets accepted to Oxford, he takes the major step, and goes to England. When he arrives, he is utterly lost. He immerses himself entirely in his studies, and decides he’ll just survive university— not necessarily live it. But all of that changes when he meets Arthur: he knows all the ropes, all the nooks and crannies, and everyone in the school. He’s like a glimmering, glorified Greek god compared to Merlin (or at least that’s how he sees it). But will this subtle admiration turn into something more?
